About Us

First built in 1138 by Henri de Blois, grandson of William the Conqueror, Farnham Castle was the home of the influential Bishops of Winchester for over 900 years. The architecture reflects changing styles through the ages, making it one of the most important historical buildings in the south of England.

Set in 5 acres of historic gardens overlooking the picturesque town of Farnham, this unique location has been adapted to the needs of a modern international business training and conference centre as well as an impressive location for corporate and private events.

The Castle is easily accessible; conveniently located for both Heathrow and Gatwick airports, less than one hour by train from London and reached via the motorway network.
